Apple Retiring 'One to One' to Focus on Free Workshops

One of my favorite jobs at Apple was training members of the One to one program. If you're unfamiliar, One to One ran $99 per year for individualized training sessions from an Apple retail employee. It was a no brainer for anyone new to the Mac. I even purchased it for my Dad a few years ago so he could get training on his iPad. Well One to One is being retired in favor of free workshops. Though the free workshops are appealing, individualized training is what first time Mac users benefit from.
