Nate started SCOUT in 2009 to provide quality support for businesses using the Apple platform. Prior to starting SCOUT he worked as a Mac Genius where he had the opportunity to hone his skill set. After leaving Apple he took a job as the Apple Support Specialist at the University of Chicago Charter Schools where he furthered his knowledge of Apple on a greater scale. 

Ryne loves bread and being call Ryan. He also takes pride in repairing Apple products, shuffling paperwork for AppleCare, training, being a Father and Husband, and coffee.
