Apple Authorized Service Provider
At SCOUT we offer support on both a walk-in and appointment basis. If you wish to make an appointment you may book a reservation with us through Apple. Otherwise, simply bring your Apple product by our office Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm. Computers and iOS devices not covered by Apple's warranty (Limited or AppleCare) are subject to a $79 diagnostic fee, which is waived if the device is repaired by SCOUT.

Certified Repair
SCOUT is proud to be Tampa Bay's only independent Apple Authorized Service Provider. We offer Apple authorized repairs using only Apple genuine parts, done by Apple certified technicians. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider we can perform warranty repairs on your Mac or iOS device at no cost to you. All our parts are ordered directly from Apple.
Some things, like Software or Accidental Damage, aren't covered by AppleCare - or they may have a separate deductible. Check out Apple's Warranty Page for details about what is and is not covered by Apple.
Mac repair
Mac not working the way it should? We're here to help! Scout offers a complimentary consult about your issue at our offices. If it turns out to need repair, we have the knowledge and tools to get your Mac running. Repairs are generally completed within 3-4 days.

iPhone and ipad repair
iPhone take a tumble? iPad have a mind of its own? Let Scout save you a trip to the mall. Our technicians can run Apple's hardware and software diagnostics on your device to determine the issue. Before you bring your device in for service, make sure you have followed Apple's steps to get your device ready for service.
Broken iPhone Screen? Our Tampa office offers Same-Day display replacements (iPhone 6s and newer) if dropped off before 3pm. Display repairs dropped off at our St Pete location are repaired by then next business day. Repair turn around time is subject to part availability and device condition. Find My iPhone must be able to be turned off.
